Representation of a financial institution before courts of the Republic of Lithuania in various civil cases related to disputes aroused from business and consumer lending, validity and enforcement of securities.
Representation of a financial institution before courts of the Republic of Lithuania in cases related to insolvency of debtors, e g commencement of bankruptcy cases, contestation of the grounds of restructuring, recognition of fraudulent bankruptcy, approval of financial claims challenged by bankruptcy administrator.
Representation of a financial institution in creditors meetings in restructurings and bankruptcy companies (BAB “Ekranas”, BUAB “Vilniaus žemės grupė”, BUAB “Remada”).
Work organization within financial institution unit, which is responsible for debt recovery process.
